Conifox General FAQ's


When is the Adventure Park re-opening?

The re-opening date for the Adventure Park is Friday the 3rd July 2020 for members only and Wednesday 8th July 2020 for the general public. Tickets will go on sale Friday 26th June 2020


How do I book tickets to visit the Adventure Park?

Ticket numbers will be limited each day and need to be booked in advance. We will have two time slots available from 10am-1pm and 2pm-5pm. The park will be closed between 1pm and 2pm for cleaning purposes. Please ensure you book the right day and time slot as we cannot offer any refunds or make any changes to tickets. I have a membership – can I visit anytime, as normal?

Due to the current situation, we will require all our customers to book their visit to the Adventure Park to ensure that we can control the numbers of visitors and maintain appropriate social distancing.

Members will need to book their visit in advance using our online ticketing system. You will need your membership number and surname to secure you tickets.


How do I buy tickets using my gift card or voucher?

You will still need to book online using the members ticket options. All gift cards issued have a unique number on the cards that we can identify. Please enter this when purchasing tickets. This is free of charge but allows us to limit numbers daily for everyone's safety. You must hand over the card at the park cabin on arrival.


What are your opening times?

The park will be open Wednesday – Sunday 10am-1pm and 2pm-5pm. The park will be closed between 1pm-2pm every day for cleaning.

The park will be closed Mondays and Tuesdays. We have restricted time slots in place on open days as this is to maintain numbers for social distancing guidelines


Is the park a safe place to visit with my family?

Conifox Adventure Park is an open-air visitor attraction situated in parkland and is a safe family destination with space to allow for social distancing. To ensure that the Adventure Park is a safe place we have implemented several changes which are as follows: If you are feeling unwell, please do not visit for our staff’s safety and safety of our customers.

Numbers of visitors and time slots will be restricted each day to ensure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable day.

All tickets must be pre-booked for specific days as we will no longer be selling tickets at the gate. Memberships can still be purchased by contacting gemma@conifox.co.uk

We have installed hand sanitiser points and cleaning stations around the park this will ensure there are plenty of opportunities to keep hands clean. Our cleaning stations will have hand sanitiser and sanitiser cleaning spray available for all customers. We will be doing a full clean down in the middle of the day, but customers are encouraged to clean equipment after use.

We will have limited number of 18 people allowed on our jump pillow at any one time this is to adhere to social distancing guidelines.

The bistro BBQ will be on and doing takeaway food and ice cream will be available. will be offering takeaway food only and only accepting contactless and card payments.

Our team have put together an enhanced cleaning program for all areas of the Adventure park and toilets facilities.


Will toilet facilities be open?

Toilets will be available in the Bistro and we also have new toilet facilities in the park under construction. Please adhere to the 2m social distance rule when queueing


Do you have baby changing?

Yes, we have excellent baby changing facilities onsite in the new disabled toilets within the park.


Will you have picnic benches available to sit down on?

Yes, we will. These will be limited to no more than 6 people and will be situated 2 meters apart from others. We do ask that you clean down the bench after use and all rubbish is disposed of in the park bins.


Do we have to wear masks to the Adventure Park?

In line with current government guidelines there is no requirement to wear a mask to the Adventure Park however we do encourage customers wishing to wear one to do so.


Can I meet with family and friends at the Adventure Park?

For your own safety we recommend that you visit with members from your own household. For the latest advice, please see the Scottish government website. Which can be found here https://www.gov.scot/coronavirus-covid-19/


Do you accept cash?

All our tills are set up to take contactless and card payments only for the time being.


Are groups and school visits allowed?

Due to the social distancing guidelines we at the present time we are not taking any school or group bookings. We are able to take small birthday bookings please contact the park for more details.


Do you have car parking?

Yes, we have ample free car parking.


Members FAQ's

What happens to Members Annual Passes?

All annual memberships will be extended for 3 months (to cover months lost in lockdown). If your pass expired during our closure you will have the length of time you had left on your pass added onto an extension pass. If your membership has expired whilst we were closed please contact us at adventurepark@conifox.co.uk


Can I bring a dog to the park?

Dogs are only permitted in the areas outside the adventure park. The are allowed in the bistro garden.

Food FAQ's


Can I buy food onsite?

All food will be takeaway only. We will be having breakfast rolls in the morning and BBQ for lunch along with children’s lunch boxes. We ask for contactless or card payments only.


Will the BBQ and outdoor garden be open?

We will be offering takeaway breakfast rolls available from 10am-11.30am. The BBQ will be on from 12pm and doing takeaway food. At the moment there will be no seating in the garden as per government guidelines. However, there are plenty of picnic benches around the park and outdoor spaces.


Can I bring a picnic?

You are more than welcome to bring a picnic. We have lots of benches around the park and outdoor spaces.
