Edinburgh School of Music is an independent music school based in Edinburgh city centre. We are a team of highly experienced, enthusiastic and professional teachers who provide music lessons in a wide range of instruments.
Our goal at ESM is to bring the love of music into all our student's lives in a fun and enjoyable way as well as providing all the necessary skills to pass exams, perform with confidence and compose music and songs. We are very proud to maintain a 100% pass rate in all our student's instrumental and vocal music exams making us Edinburgh's favourite music school for private music lessons.
ESM was established in 2011 with just one teacher and a few pupils. Over the years, ESM's popularity has grown with more passionate teachers joining the team providing a greater variety of instrumental lessons. ESM's ethos of providing a supportive and fun environment as well as encouraging a diverse range of musical styles means that ESM continues to grow with more pupils joining the school each month. Currently we teach over 100 pupils from ages 4 up to 70.
