LS Tuition Christmas Party Extravaganza


We recently held our LS Tuition Christmas Party Extravaganza, and what a day it was!


Our lovely LS Tuition Tutors carefully planned each aspect of our party to ensure we were providing an inclusive experience that was just as much fun as it was educational.


Many children can find the festive period incredibly overwhelming. Children’s parties can often be loud and full of excitement which can lead to sensory overload. Excitement and anxiety produce the same emotional and physical symptoms, which is crucial at this time of year, when children are vulnerable to bubbling emotions that can then manifest in outbursts and unsettledness.


Our party was carefully designed to include both moments of peak activity as well as more mindful tasks to ensure that our children are afforded the opportunity to regulate their heightened emotions and calm down between moments of excitement and anxiety.


Alongside our party games and dancing, we included mindful craft activities; all geared towards the development of fine motor skills and focussing on various Learning Intentions. Our activities were carefully structured so as to, above all, support each child in fully engaging and receiving balanced attention from the LS Tuition Staff.

Our children all had a fantastic time at our Christmas Party as did all of our Staff and Parent Helpers!


We simply cannot wait to do it all again next year!



How are all ages catered to?

All of our tutors are qualified and experienced in teaching/working with children aged 4-13.


As such, we are knowledgeable in differentiating tasks to accommodate the needs of all of our students. The way in which we accommodate our students depends on each individual and can be differentiation by task, resource or support, to name but a few.

We firmly believe in the ‘equity over equality’ ideology, which states that true equality is based on all children receiving that which will allow them to reach equal ground rather than all children receiving everything equally.

After the success of our Christmas Extravaganza, LS Tuition will certainly be hosting many such events in future. If you can’t wait a whole year to attend our next Christmas Party, please follow our socials/check our website for updates on our upcoming February, Easter and Summer Holiday Clubs. Our Holiday Clubs will be organised much the same as our Christmas Party; ensuring a fun, educational and holistic experience for all of our students. The LS Tuition Staff team will be on hand to ensure that every moment your children spend with us is a meaningful experience in their development.


We are also very excited to be launching our LS Tuition Pre-School Groups in the New Year. These will be small group sessions for 4–5-Year-Olds, focussing on Pre-School Literacy, Numeracy and Skill-based Development. These sessions are the perfect addition to your child’s pre-school development and provide an excellent opportunity for advanced social, emotional and academic development, prior to children beginning regular schooling/tuition. Our aim is to develop a bridge between the play-based Nursery Curriculum and Primary Schooling so as to enable a smoother and more supported transition between these two vital Learning stages.

Does my child need to be having regular tuition with LS Tuition to attend Parties, Holiday Clubs, Nursery Groups or other such events?
