Outdoor Environmental Themed Birthday Party

Ideal age: 4-11 years
Cost: £12 per child (Min. 10 children)
When: Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Venue: The Water of Leith Visitor Centre, EH14 1TQ

What: Choose a theme from: Seasonal Safari, Wilderness Safari, Water World & Fairy Folk. NB: Not every party runs every month. Parties last 2 hours and are run by a highly experienced educator. And c. 20 minutes is set aside for munching cake (supplied by you) and the other snacks provided by the venue. Parties happen in the woody area outside by the Water of Leith. But there is also a good indoor space for activities, cake etc.

A Dancing Party With CeilidhKids

Ideal age: 4+
Cost: £60 per hour (plus travel if outwith Edinburgh)
Venue: You choose
Other expenses: Venue hire, food, party bags
What: You book a spacious venue. Ceilidhkids bring the sound system and a caller to teach some highly simplified dances and lead the dancing for one hour (recommended duration). After half an hour there will be a 5-minute break for drinks. Afterwards, you could play games and bring out party food, cake etc. To see a Ceilidhkids event in action, click here.
