A lifelong love of learning begins in Junior School, with specialist subject teachers in art, drama, Forest School, French, music, and PE inspiring curious minds. The journey continues in Senior School, where pupils achieve academic excellence following the British examination system. 

Lorettonians enjoy an incredible and expansive extracurricular programme, ranging from astronomy to psychopathology. Each pupil is encouraged to expand their horizons, with dedicated staff providing the support required to build a rich and varied life, whilst also ensuring they excel in mind, body, and spirit.

Located on the beautiful East Lothian Coast, Loretto’s 85-acre campus hosts comprehensive academic, pastoral, and sporting facilities, including the UK’s first Golf Academy established within an independent school. Golfers of all levels are welcome and receive coaching from highly experienced PGA professionals within the top-class Academy.

Working to meet the needs of modern families, a Loretto education is flexible, offering part-time and full-time Pre-School places, wraparound care, and exciting after school activities. For those interested in boarding, the school offers various options, including full, flexi, weekly, and occasional nights when required.
