The perfect opportunity for you and your child to connect with other families where English is not the first language is by attending a specialist parent-and-child group in Edinburgh or one of the city libraries that host Bookbug sessions in Spanish, Polish, Italian, Gaelic or learning English. These sessions are usually free, or playgroups may ask for a small contribution towards running costs. They are available during term time only.
Language groups will charge per session. Please note that some sessions may require booking in advance.
