Buggy Walks is a Constituted Group originally set up in 2016 with funding from the Edinburgh City Council’s Smarter Choices, Smarter Places programme, aiming to spread the word about the opportunities for walking in Edinburgh. We are now funded by The Lottery, Community fund and SPSC fund.
All our walks are run by parent volunteers, are FREE and start in an easily accessible places. They are run on weekdays mornings and afternoons and occasionally on Weekends. If you have RSVPed and can't make it, Please cancel your RSVP so someone else has a chance to attend.
So if you are home alone with baby why not find a walk nearby you and come join us?
Whatever the weather a wee walk in the fresh air with folk in the same boat is always what the doctor ordered!
We rely on volunteers to manage most aspects of Buggy walks if you don't see a walk where you want one and would like help to set one up please get in touch with carole@buggywalks.co.uk
Tell your friends and get them to sign up to our MeetUp group that way they will get all the news as we put it up. You can download a free MeetUp app. This gives you up to the minute up dates and also has a messaging option so you can message people you have met on walks to chat or arrange 1:1 walks.
